Why is my lock loose?

The diameter of the pole depends on its height. When using your pole at a lower height, e.g. 110 cm, the diameter at the point where the lock closes is smaller. If your lock feels loose, it means it is too big for the diameter of the pole. There is an easy solution to this. You can simply adjust it with the screw on the side of the lock!

How can I change the basket?

How can I cange the basket?
Take the basket and turn it counterclockwise from below. Once it is loose, you can remove it. Then place the new basket on correctly and turn it clockwise onto the tip, applying a little pressure.
Done!
All plates with the Vario system are compatible.

Even though our poles are extremely robust, they are not indestructible. When used correctly, the poles cannot break, but in cases such as accidents, falls, or contact with rocks, a COLOR POLE can of course be bent or scratched. If you ask us, that just gives the pole real character.

For extreme cases, we also have replacement parts for the lower tube. So please feel free to write to us in such cases.

What if my pole breaks, bends, or gets scratched?

Where do you donate?

We donate part of our profits to a sustainable NGO, which means that with every ski pole you purchase, you are also making a donation and helping us to make winter sports more sustainable.
The money goes to “Protect our Winters Germany.” The organization is committed to sustainability in mountain sports. It aims to raise awareness of the issue of sustainability through education, training for companies, and lobbying politicians. Above all, however, it wants to bring the outdoor community together on this issue. For more information about their work, please visit their website: https://protectourwinters.de
