This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from this website.

Additionally, when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (such as credit card numbers and information for third-party payment providers like PayPal), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as "Order Information."

When we mention "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are referring to both Device Information and Order Information.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?
We use the Order Information we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).

Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

  • Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud

  • Provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services, in line with your preferences

The legal basis for processing Order Information is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

We use the Device Information we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

The legal basis for processing Device Information is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR if based on your consent (e.g., analytics cookies).

Sharing Your Personal Information

Collection and Processing When Using the Contact Form
When using the contact form, we collect personal data only to the extent provided by you. We use your email address solely to process your request. The legal basis for this is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Your data will then be deleted unless you have consented to further processing and use.

Use of the Email Address for Sending Newsletters
We use your email address exclusively for our own advertising purposes for sending newsletters, provided you have expressly consented to this (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the corresponding link in the newsletter or by sending us a message. Contact details for this can be found in our imprint. Your email address will then be deleted from the mailing list.
 

Your Rights
If you are a European resident, you have the right (Art. 15–20 GDPR) to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information above.

Additionally, if you are a European resident, we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example, if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests as listed above.
According to Art. 21(1) GDPR, you also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing purposes.

 

Data Retention
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for the duration of the warranty period and in accordance with statutory retention periods, particularly those required by tax and commercial law. It will be deleted after these periods unless you have consented to further processing.

 

Right of Appeal to the Supervisory Authority
According to Art. 77 GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that your personal data is not being processed lawfully.

Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
